What we treat
We review every client on an individual basis, so if you are unsure whether you can be treated, please contact us with a photo of your area of concern at email@example.com.
Flat and light to medium brown in colour, lentigines, often known as sun spots, age spots or liver spots, are mainly located on the hands and face.
Common on lighter skin tones and found all over the body, ephelides or freckles, are present from childhood. They are light to medium brown and never raised, dark or red.
Often linked to hormonal changes such as pregnancy, facial pigmentation or melasma, results in brownish coloured patches on the cheeks, forehead, bridge of the nose and chin.
Our unique LightSense laser system was designed for pigmentation removal and is one of the most gentle yet effective methods available. Ultra fast pulses of light penetrate the pigmentation in your skin, removing it quickly and safely.
Our laser system is delicate on the skin, and we can treat sensitive areas with extreme care, meaning less downtime. Aftercare is simple - just apply our NAAMA Aftercare Cream and an SPF if going out in the sun.
At NAAMA our team of experts offer a holistic and personalised approach to pigmentation removal. Your treatment journey starts with a consultation where we assess your suitability for treatment and develop your personalised plan.
Frequently asked questions
How often can you treat me?
We aim to treat every 2-3 weeks, however this is dependent on your skin having fully healed from the previous session and we assess each treatment on an individual basis.
How long will treatment take?
Removal can take anywhere from 2 to 10 sessions. Everyone’s pigmentation is unique so please get in touch with us to discuss your options.
Does it hurt?
Pigmentation is located in the upper layers of the skin and our laser is much gentler than older technologies, so you’re more likely to feel discomfort than pain. We also numb the treatment area with a cold air machine to help reduce the sensation.
Can you treat my face?
Yes. Because our advanced LightSense laser systems are delicate on the skin, we can treat sensitive areas with extreme care.
