The tattoo removal industry of the past hasn’t been transparent. We feel you deserve better than vague descriptions and nebulous promises when you are entrusting your health to us.
We are breaking new ground not only with our technology but also in the way we approach client care. Your comfort and assurance are vitally important to us, and this starts with directly answering your questions so you know what to expect.
Does NAAMA’s laser tattoo removal hurt?
Traditional laser tattoo removal can hurt more than getting the actual tattoo. The slower speed and higher energy of these lasers results in a very painful experience frequently resulting in permanently damaged skin.
Our proprietary technology uses up to a 100x lower energy at a speed of up to 1000x faster than anything else out there. What does this mean for you? Not only does your skin remain healthy but your results are unparalleled in effectiveness, speed, and comfort. Drastically different. Exceedingly better. And no more scarred skin.
How does laser tattoo removal work?
Laser tattoo removal works by producing intense light that selectively targets the tattoo ink in your skin. This intense focused energy breaks up the ink deposits into particles that are small enough for your body to eliminate through your body’s own natural immune response.
Both the speed and energy output of the laser determine the effectiveness and comfort of your experience. Since our laser technology has speeds up to 1000x faster and energy up to a 100x lower than others, our innovation means your skin stays healthy and your ink removes quickly and with little to no discomfort (depending on your skin).
How much does tattoo removal cost?
We respect the fact that, just as no two people are alike, no two tattoos are alike. Your skin and tattoo are uniquely your own; therefore, tattoo pricing shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. As part of our dedication to offering a highly personalised and honest experience, we take the time to price your tattoo according to your specific requirements so you only pay for what you remove.
The £245 price for your initial session includes:
- a pre-consultation phone call with a NAAMA expert
- an in-person consultation with a Lead Consultant in our studio where we will
take precise measurements and discuss your desired results whether it be fading for cover-up or complete removal
- pre-imaging and detailed sizing of your tattoo
- a patch test to assure your skin safety and, twenty-four hours later, your first treatment
- bespoke aftercare including a choice of our NAAMA-exclusive cream
In addition, depending on the size of your tattoo, you may not use your full 30 minutes of scheduled time in which case your time will roll over to your next appointment.
Being upfront about the cost of your tattoo removal is yet one more way we strive for transparency.
Will laser tattoo removal leave a scar?
Traditional lasers deliver such high energy to the skin that it can leave your skin blistered, scarred or even burned. We’ve worked for over a decade to develop and refine a technology that is up to a 100x lower in energy and up to 1000x faster than anything else that exists today. Lower energy with faster speeds means undamaged skin and laser removal that doesn’t leave a scar.
Do tattoo removal creams work?
The top two layers of your skin are the epidermis (top layer) and dermis (second layer in which the tattoo artist injects the ink). In order for tattoo removal creams to work, the cream has to remove the epidermis so it can reach the layer of skin with the ink. How does the cream get to this layer? By using harsh chemicals that painfully dissolve this layer of skin, resulting in possible permanent scarring. Ouch.
NAAMA’s technology delivers a new experience in laser tattoo removal. With no scarring, no drawn out timelines and groundbreaking technology, we are proud to redefine laser tattoo removal. With respect, ease and comfort, we look forward to helping your skin reflect who you’ve become.
