Welcome to NAAMA's Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NAAMA’s Terms and Conditions.

Please find the terms on which NAAMA provides service to its clients below and ensure that you have read and fully understood these terms prior to booking any treatment or consultation.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • NAAMA currently offers:

    • Introductory sessions, where a NAAMA consultant will take pre-treatment images and complete removal treatments.

    • Removal treatment sessions, where a NAAMA consultant will treat the tattoo(s) you want to remove or fade.

  • You can reschedule or cancel an in-person treatment session by giving 72 hours prior notice. However, failure to give at least 72 hours notice will result in the loss of your appointment and the full appointment fee being charged. Letting us know allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment to someone else.

  • When booking a single, pay-as-you-go session, you must use your session within 3 months of purchase.

  • When booking a 5-session bundle, you must complete your sessions within 6 months of your booking.

  • When booking a 10-session bundle, you must complete your sessions within 12 months of your booking.

  • All NAAMA consultants conducting treatment at NAAMA are trained and certified in accordance with the company’s treatment protocol and therefore we do not guarantee continued treatment with a specific consultant, though we try our best to provide continuity of care.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to any in-studio appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be charged in full.

  • We will aim to keep your appointment according to the arranged time where possible; however, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance and to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience.

  • Should we need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honor your next identical service for free and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

  • We aim to start and end appointments on time. Depending on the tattoo being treated, we may not be able to treat the entire area in a single treatment session.

MICRO TATTOO (15 minute session)

  • A micro tattoo removal is a single tattoo less than 4cm X 4cm in size. We will need to confirm in studio that your tattoo fits these requirements.

  • Please note micro tattoo removal excludes permanent makeup. If you’re looking to treat permanent makeup, please see our alternate pricing page.

PREPARING FOR TREATMENT

  • In order to optimize your results, we recommend that you shave any hair that may be covering the area(s) you’re intending to fade or remove, with the exception of eyebrows. Please contact us prior to your appointment if this is not possible and we will confirm whether we are still able to treat the area effectively.

  • We ask that you please remove makeup, deodorant, perfume and oil based products from the treatment area prior to treatment. NAAMA consultants will cleanse the skin before treatment, but we cannot be held responsible for all products that may reside in the skin pores.

  • Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

  • If you are not sure what preparation is required, please do ask in advance of your appointment and we will be happy to advise.

  • Please be aware that if you arrive at your appointment and it is deemed to be unsafe to continue with your treatment by our consultants, for example due to tanning, sun exposure, or any other observation of the area to be treated, your appointment may be postponed to a later time. We will endeavor to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. NAAMA will use its discretion and expertise to advise as to the frequency of treatment based on its assessment of each client. At any stage, NAAMA may, at its sole discretion, refuse treatment to a client per NAAMA’s terms and conditions of treatment.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
