By booking a consultation or treatment (including purchasing a package) you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Studio: NAAMA Studios Ltd at the address above.

  • Consultation: a pre‑treatment appointment that may include a health review, expectations discussion, and, where appropriate, a patch test.

  • Permanent Make-Up (PMU): cosmetic tattooing including eyebrows, lips, and blush tattoos; eyeliner removal is not offered.

  • Treatment: any laser tattoo removal or PMU removal service provided by NAAMA.

  • PAYG: pay‑as‑you‑go, i.e., single session purchases.

  • Package: a 3, 5, 10‑session bundle or a Full Removal Package.

  • Full Removal Package: a time‑limited plan including unlimited sessions within its validity (see section: 5.4), for the specific tattoo(s) agreed at purchase.

2. Appointment types (size guide)

We schedule by tattoo size/complexity and appointment length. Final categorisation is confirmed at Consultation or first appointment.

  • Small: 15 minutes, one tattoo typically less than  4 × 4 cm. Excludes PMU.

  • Medium: 30 minutes; typically a tattooed surface area less than 16 × 8 cm (assessed individually).

  • Large: 45 minutes; multiple medium tattoos or larger single area, typically less than 20 × 18 cm (assessed individually).

  • Extra‑Large: 60 minutes for multiple/very large tattoos. If the tattooed area can’t be treated in 60 minutes, then the area may be divided into separately chargeable sessions.

  • Permanent Make‑Up (PMU): 30 minutes. Eyeliner removal is not offered.

3. Results & sessions

Every tattoo and person is different. The length of time required, the number of sessions and results vary depending on ink, depth, skin type, location, and healing. No outcome is guaranteed.

4. Pre‑treatment suitability & consent

4.1 Health information: You must complete our medical questionnaire before Treatment and keep us updated about any changes. We may ask for a GP/doctor’s note where appropriate. If a qualified doctor advises against Treatment, future sessions will be cancelled and any eligible refunds processed (see section: 9).

4.2 Patch test: A patch test may be required. We’ll tell you if one is needed and when treatment can start thereafter.

4.3 Contra‑indications & safety: We may decline or postpone Treatment if we consider it unsafe (e.g., tanning/sun exposure, certain medicines including antibiotics, pregnancy/breast‑feeding, active skin conditions).

4.4 Informed consent: Before your first Treatment we will explain risks and you’ll be asked to sign a consent form.

4.5 Age: We provide Treatment only to clients 18+. Photo ID may be requested.

4.6 Under the influence: We may refuse treatment if we suspect alcohol/drug impairment.

5. Preparing for your appointment

  • Shave excess hair over the area (not eyebrows).

  • Arrive with no make‑up, deodorant, perfume or oil‑based products on the area.

  • Tanned skin (natural or fake) will lead to postponement for your safety.

Failure to follow these may reduce treatment time, incur fees, or require rescheduling.

6. Pricing, payment & packages

6.1 Payment to book: Payment is required to secure all appointments. The upfront payment for a first Treatment is applied to that session. If advance payment is refused, we may decline to treat.

6.2 Single payment: Unless we agree otherwise in writing, all purchases are paid in one lump sum.

6.3 PAYG validity: Pre‑paid single sessions should be used within 3 months of purchase.

6.4 Full Removal Package:

  • The first session must occur within 8 weeks of purchase.

  • Valid for 18 months from purchase.

  • Applies only to the tattoo(s) treated on the first treatment and within the agreed appointment category (e.g. small, medium, large).

  • Unlimited sessions are available within validity subject to recommended intervals, clinical suitability, and studio availability. We may postpone if clinically necessary.

  • “Full removal” means >80% reduction of removable ink in our clinician’s reasonable judgment based on clinical assessment and photo comparison.

6.5 10‑pack / 5‑pack / 3‑pack: Validity runs from the first session: 18 months (10‑pack), 8 months (5‑pack), 4 months (3‑pack). Extensions may be granted case‑by‑case at manager discretion.

6.6 Transfers & refunds: Packages/bundles are non‑transferable. Refund rules are in section: 9 (statutory rights preserved).

6.7 Continuity of care: All NAAMA consultants are trained and certified under our protocol. We cannot guarantee a specific named consultant, though we aim for continuity.

6.8 Finance / “Pay later” options: see section: 6.

7. Finance and “pay later” options (UK)

7.1 Broker status: NAAMA Studios Ltd acts as a credit broker, not a lender. Credit is provided by third‑party providers available at checkout. 18+ UK residents only; eligibility, status and T&Cs apply. Late fees may apply. We do not charge you for broking. If we receive a commission, we will disclose this at checkout; it will not affect the cost to you.

7.2 Klarna: Where offered, payments are made to Klarna Bank AB (publ). Product availability (e.g., Fixed‑Sum Credit, Pay in 3) and terms are shown at checkout with links to Klarna’s terms and privacy notice. Borrow responsibly.

7.3 PayPal: Where offered, PayPal provides payment services and may offer Pay in 3 or other options at its discretion; terms and privacy are linked at checkout.

7.4 Regulatory: NAAMA’s FCA status/FRN (if applicable) is displayed at checkout and on our website footer.

8. Arrival, lateness & cancellations

8.1 Arrive 10 minutes early.

8.2 Late arrivals: If you arrive >10 minutes late, we may not be able to treat you and a £69 late/short‑notice fee will be charged.

8.3 Client rescheduling/cancellation:

  • Please give ≥72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel to avoid a fee.

  • If you give <72 hours’ notice or do not attend (no show), a £69 fee applies and must be settled before further bookings.

  • These rules apply to all clients, including those on Full Removal Packages.

The £69 charge is a genuine pre‑estimate of our costs (room time and staff scheduling) and is designed to be proportionate and fair.

8.4 Illness: If you need to reschedule due to illness and give us ≥24 hours’ notice, we’ll move your appointment once at no charge.

8.5 Studio cancellations: If we cancel with <12 hours’ notice, your next identical service is free. We will try to contact you as early as possible.

9. Treatment frequency & clinical discretion

Frequency is set individually following assessment and may change over time. Final decisions are at the treating consultant’s discretion for safety and efficacy.

10. Refunds

10.1 Packages: Packages are non‑refundable unless (a) we, or a qualified medical professional, advise that continuing Treatment is unsafe or unsuitable. Any refund will be pro‑rata for unused sessions less (i) the value of sessions already used at the then‑current PAYG rate, and (ii) a reasonable administration deduction reflecting our actual costs (capped at £50 or 5% of the refund, whichever is lower). No refund is given for sessions already completed.

10.2 PAYG services: Refund requests for pre‑paid but unused PAYG services should be made within 14 days of payment. After a service is performed, refunds are available only where required by law or section: 10.1 applies.

10.3 Money‑back guarantee (Consultation & Patch Test only): The £69 deposit for a Consultation & Patch Test is refundable if requested within 14 days after the appointment. If you apply the £69 to purchase additional services, the deposit becomes part of that purchase and the standard refund rules apply.

10.4 How to request a refund: Email consultation@naamastudios.com with subject “Refund request”. Our management team will review and respond.

11. Studio policies

11.1 Childcare: If you attend with a child, you must bring another adult to supervise. No child under 16 may be left unattended.

11.2 Pets: No pets in the Studio (except recognised assistance dogs, where reasonable adjustments will be made).

11.3 Behaviour: We may refuse service where staff or clients’ safety or comfort would be compromised.

12. Liability

NAAMA will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise, for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide NAAMA with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. NAAMA will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, NAAMA consultants and/or nurses regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit NAAMA’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from NAAMA negligence.

13. Privacy

These terms also incorporate the terms of our Privacy Policy which can be found here. NAAMA’s Privacy Policy explains how NAAMA looks after your personal data when you visit the NAAMA website (“Website”), or one of our studios, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

By accepting these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, consenting to (a) the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, and (b) the collection of information from your device as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

14. Concerns and complaints

Please speak to your consultant first. If unresolved, contact the Studio Manager at consultation@naamastudios.com

We aim to respond within 15 working days; complex issues may take up to 28 working days.

In the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be resolved, it may be referred to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). CEDR is an independent charity that can provide dispute resolution services for unresolved complaints between customers and businesses. Therefore, complainants who remain dissatisfied with NAAMA’s findings can elect to contract CEDR and commence a mediation process with access to the services of a professional mediator at no charge. To view the details of what CEDR can provide, please visit their website.
