Welcome to NAAMA's Terms and Conditions
Welcome to NAAMA’s Terms and Conditions
Please find the terms on which NAAMA provides service to its clients below and ensure that you have read and fully understood these terms prior to booking any treatment or consultation.
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
NAAMA currently offers:
Introductory sessions, where a NAAMA consultant will take pre-treatment images and complete removal treatments.
Removal treatment sessions, where a NAAMA consultant will treat the tattoo(s) you want to remove or fade.
You can reschedule or cancel an in-person treatment session by giving 72-hours prior notice. However, failure to give at least 72-hours notice will result in the loss of your appointment and the full appointment fee being charged. Letting us know allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment to someone else.
When booking a single, pay-as-you-go session, you must use your session within 3 months of purchase.
When booking a 5 session bundle, you must complete your sessions within 6 months of your booking.
When booking a 10 session bundle, you must complete your sessions within 12 months of your booking.
When booking a tattoo complete confidence package the paid for 15 sessions must be completed in 9 months from purchase. Complimentary treatments must be completed within 6 months of final paid session.
When booking a pigmentation complete confidence package the first 5 sessions must be completed in 6 months of your booking. Additional sessions (up to a maximum of 10 in total) must be completed within 6 months of fifth session.
When booking Pay Over Time, you can book a maximum of 2 sessions per month. Payment for Pay Over Time must be completed within 10 months of purchasing.
All NAAMA consultants conducting treatment at NAAMA are trained and certified in accordance with the company’s treatment protocol and therefore we do not guarantee continued treatment with a specific named consultant, though we try our best to provide continuity of care.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to any in-studio appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be charged in full.
We will aim to keep your appointment according to the arranged time where possible; however, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance and to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience.
NAAMA values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients. Should we need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honour your next identical service for free and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
We aim to start and end appointments on time. Depending on the tattoo being treated, we may not be able to treat the entire area in a single treatment session.
MICRO TATTOO (15 minute session)
A micro tattoo removal is a single tattoo less than 4cm X 4cm in size. We will need to confirm in studio that your tattoo fits these requirements.
Please note micro tattoo removal excludes permanent makeup. If you’re looking to treat permanent makeup, please see our alternate pricing page here.
PREPARING FOR TREATMENT
In order to optimise your results, we recommend that you shave any hair that may be covering the area(s) you’re intending to fade or remove, with the exception of eyebrows. Please contact us prior to your appointment if this is not possible and we will confirm whether we are still able to treat the area effectively.
We ask that you please remove makeup, deodorant, perfume and oil based products from the treatment area prior to treatment. NAAMA consultants will cleanse the skin before treatment, but we cannot be held responsible for all products that may reside in the skin pores.
Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
If you are not sure what preparation is required, please do ask in advance of your appointment and we will be happy to advise.
Please be aware that if you arrive at your appointment and it is deemed to be unsafe to continue with your treatment by our consultants, for example due to tanning, sun exposure, or any other observation of the area to be treated, your appointment may be postponed to a later time. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. NAAMA will use its discretion and expertise to advise as to the frequency of treatment based on its assessment of each client. At any stage, NAAMA may, at its sole discretion, refuse treatment to a client per NAAMA’s terms and conditions of treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old.

We may determine that you need a doctor’s note. It is your responsibility to obtain advice from a qualified doctor confirming that it is safe for you to undergo tattoo removal treatment. CLIENT CONCERNS AND COMPLAINT POLICY
NAAMA endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately, and fairly.
If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at NAAMA we encourage you to speak with your consultant. *Please note, if you have an urgent concern following treatment, that requires medical and/or clinical advice please contact us immediately to make us aware of the situation so that we can provide appropriate guidance and support.*
If you are not satisfied with the response from your consultant, or if you are no longer in the studio, please raise your concern, either verbally or in writing with the Studio Manager. If you choose to notify us in writing by email, please do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Studio Manager will seek to understand and resolve your concern. It is likely that they will need to speak with you to understand more detail; we will endeavour to do this and resolve your issue as quickly as possible, within 15 working days.
Where the concern cannot be resolved by the Senior Studio Team, we will escalate to the NAAMA Managing Director. Where relevant, they will conduct a full investigation into the matter taking up to 28 working days. You will be notified of the outcome of this investigation and provided with a final written response. If the investigation requires further time, you will be provided with an explanation as to the cause of the delay.
Please be assured that NAAMA takes all client concerns very seriously and following investigation, will consider making changes to client services to continually evolve and better our overall experience.
If a resolution cannot be reached and your concerns are not allayed, you will be invited to submit a formal complaint, in writing, to the Managing Director. This can be done using the email@example.com email address, or by addressing any handwritten communication to the Managing Director, NAAMA Studios, 109 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 6QG. Please note, formal complaints of this nature may be referred to a qualified, independent professional.
In the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be resolved, it may be referred to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). CEDR is an independent charity that can provide dispute resolution services for unresolved complaints between customers and businesses. Therefore, complainants who remain dissatisfied with our findings can elect to contract CEDR and commence a mediation process with access to the services of a professional mediator at no charge. To view the details of what CEDR can provide visit their website.

Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated.
